Vietnamese viewers and everyone living in Vietnam who enjoys short dramas. The platform is operated by Cong Ty Cientheon Vietnam TNHH. Our Vietnam-facing offering is priced in Vietnamese dong (VND).
What do the monthly and yearly plans include?
Monthly membership is 399.000₫ for one month. Yearly membership is 3.900.000₫, paid once for 12 months: 888.000₫ less than twelve monthly payments of 399.000₫ (about 18.5%). The yearly cost is equivalent to 325.000₫ per month. Neither plan renews automatically. Registration and payments will open with the service launch. Revenue sharing is not currently offered.
Do I need to upload an ID or an introduction video?
Verification requirements follow the policy that applies to your account. Depending on that policy, you may need to confirm your email, provide identity documents or submit a real introduction video. Payment confirmation is separate from identity approval.
Does requesting a payment QR approve my membership?
Complete the verification steps that apply to your account before requesting the official payment QR when checkout opens. Paid membership starts only after the funds are confirmed; opening a QR or uploading a screenshot alone does not activate access.
Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly?
Yes. Select the yearly upgrade in your viewer account, review the charge, any applicable credit and the new end date, then use the new payment request. Revenue sharing is not currently offered; it requires a separate decision and terms.
Is shared revenue guaranteed?
Revenue sharing is not currently offered. No membership includes a promised cash reward. Read the programme status before joining.
Can I sign up as a creator?
PhoDrama’s creator studio is private and reserved for Cong Ty Cientheon Vietnam TNHH’s authorised staff. Public accounts are viewers. Staff creator and administrator permissions are assigned by the company; a payment cannot unlock them.
How do you look after younger viewers?
Content classifications and advisories must be reviewed for Vietnam before launch. Parents should check each title’s advisory, guide younger viewers and set time limits. Restricted classifications are not part of this offering. See the Vietnam ratings policy and healthy-viewing guidance.
How can I report a problem?
Use the support options in your viewer account and include the relevant title, order reference or page link. Never send passwords, login codes or illegal material. Our contact and reporting guide explains what to include.
